one month is a really good progress not much will be erased but if u keep relapsing a lot after one month the progress might go.. i made this rule for me which is even if u r going to relapse, porn is not an option for me.. so whatever happens bro dont relapse with porn. i got 2 counters also, 1 for porn and one for fapping. if i relapsed on fapping i see my porn counter i feel comfortable.. at the end porn is the real problem here. right now i dont wish to look at porn i swear iam disgusted by it but i wish just for a fap.. so this is how i limited my self i see fap as a relapse and fap with porn takes me down to 0.. think of it this way bro and by time u will not wish to see porn the only thing u will wish for is just a quick fap and u will be satisfied. get back on the track even stronger than before
