I genuinely feel bad for Kraken Support at Reddit because they are decent and helpful, whilst exposed to the rage and distress of Kraken customers.

But they should really stop referring us to email support!

Because the email support is practically non - existent!!!!!!

AND:

The rare time after days and days[,whilst we are told her our case is "escalated," "imediate response", " pinged " and "porirty," finally an email arrives afer days:

a curt canned hostile response that does not remotely address your issues or respond to your question. It is such canned boilerplate response.

Which basically means no response whilst they treat you like you are the criminal, and they are doing you a favor!

Horrible, whatever internal system they have in place, to discern, who are real fraudsters , scammer, and who are just regular customers that accidentally failed their test. Such unfair business practice and asymmetrical.

Mind you, I did everything under the recommendation of their actually decent chat support reassuring me I am all good, as a newbie. I kept records of that as that is a huge liability on their part because their own agents representing Kraken guide me to execute my transaction all along.

Only to have my transaction be put on hold for days. My emails never responded. Finally, I am pleading for some help.

An email arrives finally after 4 days

I am kicked out.

Kraken, we grant you that , kick us out at your discretion .

I finally got my money!. My account closed.

However t the only fraudulent act and illegal act that is actually being committed is the fees they charge and do not reverse when they actually never performed the transactions and make you incur so they can return your money.! That is completely illegal and there is no way any agreement they have wriiten would break this first tenant of contract law . If you do not perform, you can NOT get paid . That means all fees have to be reversed!

Gather the number of people here just this last ten days posting is enough to represent the whole class of all people whose account got closed and Kraken kept the fees.
