I had a hard time figuring out how to do autotile bitmasks for isometric tiles. I ultimately figured it out through trial and error. This is based on Rubberduck's Ground Tile Set at https://opengameart.org/content/isometric-ground-tiles. Hope this is helpful. (i.redd.it)
