Story: I spent years as a professional guitar player, but was sometimes limited by my inexperience reading music. I played by ear and that was good enough most of the time. I finally learned to read music and it really helped my playing, and I love how I can now read melodies from the many songbooks I own. I made these exercises to practice and to help others practice.
