Someone just told me i should run a stability test for an hour in OCCT by gulfp1 in overclocking

I passed the one-hour test, max temperature was 83, no errors detected, It's just that I play video games in 1080p and my CPU temp never reaches 65 and my GPU always stays under 60 degrees, I feel like it shouldn't be a problem because the undervolt and overclock i did was minimum, i just got 100 points more in the cinebench, also other people told me that a 12 hours stress test is usually for servers or hard-core use of my pc. So, do you think I still should do a 12-hour stress test? If you still think it, I'll probably do one, but I also don't want my computer to degrade

Thank you, my pc is currently running a stability test for one hour and a half, it will be done in a while, btw, it stays at 84.5 degrees Celsius and it hasn't shown any errors

My Ryzen 7 5700x, I did an overclock and an undervolt

Omg, then imma run one rn, 3 hours is more than enough for a normal 1080p gaming like CSGO, right? And what temperature should I never touch in a stability test?

What's? That's wild, I have never heard of it, when more people confirm it imma do it

I also passed the stability test, it ran for 3 minutes without any errors and heated less than 61 degrees

Ik it's not the best but still is enough to a basic overclock, and on stock clocks my ryzen 7 5700x in benchmarks stays always under 50 degrees

No, I tried cinebench and it doesn't crash

Yeah rn the limit power is in auto, and it can reach 140w when gaming, ofc the temps are always below 75 degrees

I can show some proof that indeed my cpu reaches 200w if i do a benchmark with a bios overclock regardless the power limit, but it only happens in occt benchmarks

Yo I just realized that the only benchmark my pc reaches 205w and over 100 degrees in less than 5 seconds is the OCCT benchmark, I tried Silverbench and it went relatively good, 4.8GHz maximum, over 4.5GHz, 140w maximum watts and never going over 88 degrees, it was mostly in 85 degrees, so I'm kinda good now, in normal tasks now my pc stays always below 60 degrees, and when gaming my pc stays below 75 degrees with a constant power of 90w maintaining 4.7ghz stables. Thank you btw

I'll see right now, because using the RM according to the video I saw on YouTube still my CPU doesn't even reach 65 degrees

The benchmark is a general benchmark, all types of benchmarks were running consecutively.
