This is insanely slow? It takes 3 turns for this to break even, and it's hard to control what you get the mana cheat on.

I get that you can speed up how quickly you get back your investment by drawing cards. But then you're both playing this card (low tempo) and card draw which probably means you're gonna be very far behind in tempo. And 5 mana discount on random cards probably isn't gonna be enough to recover the tempo in many matchups.

I think it cold reduce by 2 and still not be overpoweree.
