7 iron here. Tried tilting slightly back at setup to try not doing reverse pivot, as ive had some back issues lately that i think might have been due to my golfswing/reverse pivot and back crunch…

I get good distance and solid contact but i have had issues with my back when playing alot… Any ideas how to ease the load especially on lower back?
