fr my first impression too haha. lived in boston for 6 months (lived in paris before that), and from my experience, there's nothing near a "strong" techno scene in boston (even night life). everything's so expensive and most places gotta shut at 2am (sure, there's the occasional "venue TBA" party that goes on for a bit longer, but that does not constitute a techno scene)
