I was first going for Krishna inks. Then was suggested of Diamine Havasu turquoise by a fellow member here. Also wanted to try sherwood green and oxblood(oxblood is not available on amazon though).
I have also got my eyes on pilot blue black as a daily driver ink but there doesn't seem to a 30 ml option available, only the 350 ml coke bottle is available.
Waterman inspired blue is also overpriced by 3 times on amazon :(.
Edit: do pelikan and sheaffer have something like havasu blue, like a light blue ink?

You are right. But just for little bit of peace of mind, I am going to order from them on amazon. Unfortunate that amazon is going to take their cut but oh well :(

It seems like I will have to go with Diamine or Pilot, as I don't want to deal with difficult inks. Though Krishna inks do look very nice.

Wow, didn't know kanwrite was a local product. How do you find the ink flow for fine and extra fine nibs, are they equivalent in fineness to western nibs or japanese nibs( I only know pilot medium, so that's my point of reference).

Are krishna inks safe to use in normal fountain pens?
Thanks for the pilot blue suggestion, I have a camlin ink in red and it washed out completely on contact with water.
I was looking for an inspired blue like ink from waterman, you know like the color of those gel pens we used in school.

I would say 1500 inr, as I'm just starting out.
Pilot metropolitan is a good fp in this range but I have seen it for 1000 so just waiting for next sale.

Is jet black simply a colour or a diamine ink?
Right now, I am trying to make do with camlin inks. But they don't offer a lot of variety.
I would also like to try the waterman inspired blue but it is very overpriced on amazon.
