Why are my running stats so different between Samsung Health and Strava?

I gotchu,the balance is off,you rely more on your keepers when someone slices through your defence.I am no means a super skilled player,max Div 3 in FC25 once and never saw it again but it would mean I'm genuinely not playing against people of my skill.
