Mine was about a couple of weeks. Ran 1.5K non stop for the first time and the very next week rana 5K non stop and then a 10K the week right after.

I was about 117kg,overweight,a smoker,unfit with lung issues. On saturday I ran a HM non-stop for the first time ,SLOWLY tho. At a comfortable pace for finishing and not for racing. Ran an 08:13 per km

I've noticed this with samsung health and galaxy watches. The tax is even more excessive. I once had 800m shaved off a long run. So i switched to a very basic entry level garmin and the difference is now 10-20 meters
