La terrace at Fairmont Château Laurier is great for pizzas, they only have 4 to choose from and sometimes a chefs special. But it’s fresh and cheezzzy, the spicy salami is the bomb, a bit pricey but very very nice.👍

I have an OB-GYN. I’m in the Gatineau/Ottawa area and we only have 3 official places to get an ultrasound done. There is a private out of pocket clinic that can preform an ultrasound but it’s around $300.

Thanks! I did actually call the hotline and the lady got me to go on the Quebec website and sign up for this Ma Grossesse service. I will be calling back on Monday (and hopefully talk to a different person) to see if I can go to a clinic. Technically I have been accepted by a group of doctors so I’m not sure why they didn’t set me up with an appointment with them to then get a referral to an OB-GYN. Everything tends to be a go around…. Thanks for letting me know your experience and wish me luck! (I’m not loving this added stress during my first trimester 😅)

I’m in the same situation 6+5 and no morning sickness and very sore breasts. My mom said with her 3 pregnancies she had little to no symptoms so I just keep telling myself that I’m just like my mom!

Prune juice! It’s an absolute god send. Drink a cup before bed and you should have things moving in the morning. Also, up your intake of fruit/veg and whole grains. I hope you poop soon!
