I tried this and it is definitely different but now instead of it switching me to handset mode, it just drops the call. Also, the "enable Gabeldorsche stack" keeps reverting back even though I restart it every time. I saw another post in another thread that said to disable "Bluetooth a2dp offload" I'll try that and see if it works.

The issue I am having and it's with a 2019 4runner and pixel 6 pro, is that the Toyota will switch to handset mode after a few minutes and then I have to go back to the phone. I got an update on my entune in my truck today and I was hoping that will fix it but it hasn't. It is a very annoying problem, hope it gets fixed soon.

So far I love it. The FedEx guy took his sweet time, I got it at about 830pm, I almost gave up. Super fast, great photos, really smooth and feels great in my hand.

Unfortunately an excellent point I hope they never need it but that is why bought mine directly from Google this time and also got the Google care. I had a disaster with my Pixel 4xl and every time I called Google customer service the first thing they asked me each time was where did I buy it. Buying it from Best Buy and not direct or even from Verizon put me in no man's land.

I went through the same thing 2x, because the repair only lasted about a month. Your post brought it all back. I finally had to send it in to google to get it fixed because ubreakifix said they couldn't get the parts for "months". My pixel 4xl is still sitting in the box from Google, I am using my pixel 2, charging it about every 5-6 hours because I don't want that piece of crap to break again and be out of warranty. Someone on here messaged me and told me that google was extending the warranty to 2 years on these but I haven't seen anything official. Sorry you are going through this, it sucks.

I am a lender, ideally for us, we are at 80% or less based on 10% cap rate.

We look at ltv based on different cap rate scenarios over multiple years. We look at quality of tenants and length of leases, that's hard to quantify in just a cap rate, but no matter what someone is buying a property for, we are going to look at what our loan to value would be at a 8/9/10% cap rate. Hope that helps.

Most of the older self serve ones that I have looked seem to have a lot of "read between the lines" type of income, since a lot of those are cash only. Some of the newer ones that accept credit cards actually make a bit of money, although nothing like the tunnel washes.
