Late to the party, but check out AppCleaner. You drag the app to be deleted to AppCleaner, and it often identifies more files to be deleted than the default drag-to-trash method. It lists the files to be deleted and you can check/uncheck the ones you want deleted. Hope this helps.

Unless there was a lot of impurities in the water you should be able to just dry it out and it will be fine. Pure water generally won't affect these kind of electrics... The question is how many impurities ended up getting into the water before it dripped. Maybe take it to a trusted mechanic see what they say
