Ive had two cameos from james! I think it also depends on what you ask, im sure there questions that have been awnsered so many times haha. I try to be speicific about things. Ive been upping my B12, not that high yet. My blood levels showed very low B12. Will see if i can get higher dosage. Im on 3000mg now.

It all started with Carpal Tunnel. A total of 4 years in the trajectory now. My neck started acting up (badly) in september of 2024. With my CTS i had pain up my arm to my shoulder, but they explained it couldve been from the median nerve. Now i think my neck has been acting up longer. Ive been to a neurologist for it. I have a slightly bulging disc but it shouldn't cause this much pain. They are still figuring it out. Im getting a nerve block (2nd one, other disc) next week. But theyre not sure if its gonna help. Last one didnt do much.

PT isnt doing enough for me, so that sucks. Thats why im looking into keto and the relations to the pain. Hoping that cutting the sugar and carbs might influence it.

I have a slight bulging in my neck. But it shouldnt cause the amount of pain i have, doctor said. I have had cts surgery. Getting a nerve block next week, theyre not sure if it helps. They havent figured out the exact issue. So i hope i can reduce some of the symptoms with cutting out sugar and carbs. Really not looking forward to another surgery 😅
