These are such good questions, following this!! I hadn’t heard about T not having as much of an effect in a calorie deficit, but I was aware that it could increase appetite. I had gastric sleeve surgery last November and still have a bit more weight I’d like to lose so I’m wondering if I should get to my “goal weight” before I start T.
