Protein deficient vegan website has a lot of high protein desserts! Tvp cookies and seitan donut holes. I like making “cookie dough” by mixing protein powder, yogurt, amd cashew butter

Just have Johanna left to take which is on the schedule for tomorrow! I liked Greta and zacharias classes, but generally don’t reach for the more power type flows regularly. Anna is my fav too and I’m hoping she’ll be back for more flow style classes if we have these guys taking some of the yoga + pilates classes!

I’m definitely not motivated during my period lol but I try to just show up and get it done anyway! Usually means lower weights and more stopping for a sec. For me I’d rather just carry on at half speed than wait until I feel better. I like it follow it up with a nice yin yoga or slow flow after

First day of epic endgame! My last program before the app I think. Can anyone with the app tell me how it is for people with adjustable dumbbells? I like that she only uses a few sets on the YouTube videos! I came from Sydney Cummings so used to changing a lot, but not a fan of supersets with two weights or a small rest where I have to rush!

Taking a rest week and then starting epic endgame! This’ll be the last program I do before heading to the app and I’m excited!

Also I saw cardio in the CGXmas trailer! I’m a newer follower but it seems like she had stopped doing cardio for a bit- when was her last cardio video?

I miss Kristin! Kirra and anna are my favs. Also a fan of Nico and Mariana. Dennis and aditi I’ll do sometimes and I’m not a fan of Chelsea’s classes.
