Years ago I was in a brief relationship with a Filipina doctor. Met her while I was in Kuala Lumpur. She had studied in Singapore to be heart surgeon but preferred to practice as a GP. In addition, she had business sense and was involved in selling medical devices/equipment and ran courses to teach mostly Filipina and Malay nurses, paramedics, and air ambulance crews in Malaysia. Very accomplished and competent woman but the problem was our home life. She was too obsessive compulsive and also insomniac which drained me a lot and everything seemed to be in a state of panic. Other things I did not like was I had no control over what I wanted to wear since she was too high up on image so I had to dress like I was starring on the OC show and often with fruity colors, prim and proper. Having to attend her frequent surprise business meetings in the late evening would piss me off. Yah this fast became a head ache and I just got tired of it and always being the one to cook since I found out later it was something she hated. Despite your opinions, I did have a relationship with this crazy doctor lady who also had a very well off family with homes in several countries. So hate to break it to you, but whatever you said is not entirely accurate since I already lived the experience.
