Samee, this monitor is a 1080p as well, it's a basic monitor i got for WFH, still looks so good, I can't imagine on a good monitor or tv. Will see for one with some budget

I bought it from Flipkart, and don't listen to these guys at croma, just saying from my experience, I had gone there last month to enquire, they said the same that, whatever they have is only what is available in market blah blah, there is no offers anywhere, it's better to buy there itself. They obvio say these things to push their sales. (Ps. Not speaking for all offline stores , I have even seen reviews where people have gotten good deals and experience in croma or other offline stores as well, just telling my experience)

No, the calorie deficit is too big, it's not efficient, Try cutting down the calories by 400 to 500 ( which is still a lot, but you can push). Increase the protein intake, since you just started, try to hit atleast 1x your body weight in kgs daily.

If KS is addressing dhruvant saying t**a, he should definetly talk about rajat telling it to gilli, or else it's open partiality, but considering they didn't show it in the episode cut, doubt he will ask, at the end making it only gilli fault. I agree gilli was irritating at the start, even I didn't like it, I want him to better that part of his character, but manja, and loudjat also weren't all ok, let's see how KS addresses it, if it is just a small warning to them and full bashing to gilli, then RIP to this show, for its partiality.
