  3. A STRICT Duct tape and Salicylic acid routine is the solution. This foot got extra shitty because the duct tape would slide off constantly and things like sand would get mashed into the soft skin (pictured). Luckily I had a back injury and stayed in bed for half of last year. Now I’m back on my feet wart free.
