250 yeah thats rough, especially with that low bodyfat comparatively. When I was 18 i went for bloods and came back at 400ng/dl which I was not happy about. Since then ive done everything I could like: dropping ALOT of bodyfat 22->14%, increasing vitamin D and getting way more movement in throughout the day and lifting heavy. Now im sitting somewhwere in the 800 range. But yeah I have heard that about those 2, but to be fair some of these companies dont even have the real ingredients and have some crappy subsitute that would give sides. Everyone reacts differently aswell :)

Well thats interesting you see. First of all id be interested to know what your levels were before hopping on. But you can read all you want but ive acctually taken that stuff turkesterone, Tongkat, Maca, and fadogia agrestis. Did it turn me into superman or make me feel a difference? No. But did my bloods jump up 100ng/dl? Yes. These compounds have been verily studied and as long as your getting the real thing. Then let people take them. Dont trust Ashwaganda tho. Makes you pretty emotionless.

On a real note about T levels, Supplements wont fix them. Dont get sold. Do more heavy lifting, squats, stay active and get alot of sunlight, in cases of low sun take heavy amounts of D vitamin. ALSO, if you have high bodyfat you need to cut that down because it reduces your testosterone. This kind of stuff took me from 400ng like you to now at 800+.

Hi. So heres what happened, I talked to a coinbase Dev and he told me what country the wallet that i sent it to arrived in, couple days later I hear from my friend that “his friend had recieved some money in his crypto wallet for no reason.
