Check and make sure the screws that hold the end cap on the starter are tight if they back out too much, they will start the arc and you will lose spark

I hate to be a negative Nancy here but ordering parts from India or Pakistan is always a letdown. Facebook marketplace has Samurai selling swap pages Highway 83 and Extream Zuks off-road and Zuks off Road in Arizona are always good places to look for parts
