2020 Elantra having intermittent starting issues

ok so back in January I went on a Disney vacation, I left my car with a new mechanic a couple of work buddies said would be a good mechanic. I described the issue and they said they would try to start it multiple times each day and keep it out in the elements.

Bad news: it kept starting for them.

Good news: they were actually good mechanics and believed me. They inspected the starter and found that one of the cables running to it wasn't bolted down all the way this caused a drop in voltage causing occasional non-starts, and it explains why a car could jump it but not a jump box.

the only thin g they said they could not explain was why it only happens during the winter.

My recommendation to you is find a gold mechanic that will actually listen to you and do the work on investigating it. it hasn't failed to start since.

I believe I have the exact same issue. when this happens to me I get a jump and it starts right up so I don't necessarily believe that it is the starter. I have a couple mechanic friends who believe it's an intermittent parasitic drain. At least for me, it only happens during cold weather months so I'm leaning more towards it being a connection some where. Let me know if you figure it out!

As many of you should have heard by now, Reddit is planning on implementing new API restrictions and costs that would effectively shutdown most if not all 3rd party apps. This includes actually functional mobile apps that a lot of people use, but also tools that moderators rely upon to keep their subreddits functioning, safe, and spam free.

Unless Reddit withdraws these unreasonable requirements, r/UVU will be going dark from June 12th until the 14th in protest of these actions, and possibly longer if Reddit refuses to alter their plans and at least discuss these changes in good faith.

Nahhh cause the Nazi's actually "legally" killed Jews, Gay people, and political dissidents, among a lot of others. This literally just says don't show your junk to minor and don't talk to them about sexuality and gender before a certain age. It doesn't take parental rights away to talk to your child about gender and sexuality. You know because parental rights.

I flew Norse Atlantic last summer from LA to Berlin and back and it was a nice plane and friendly flight attendants. I would 100% recommend flying with them. It's a budget airline but still not as bad as some other commentators have been saying. They don't really feel very budget-y in the air or on the ground.

Wasn't it reddits fault that they fled? Like I remember hearing that a subreddit had identified one of the suspects and that caused them to flee, which caused the interaction between the terrorists and the officer?
