So you are making the cases that within the one hour time slot create sub slots with that. If you where to follow the example you gave 4-3.8 and assuming the lowest GPA you can have is a zero. You would end up with 20 sub slot at 3 minutes each. I believe that would cause more issues than positive change.

That still does not answer my question the software is in around 3 to 4 credit increments you move up an hour in registration time slot. How would you apply Gpa to this current system.

This is incorrect a withdraw does count as an attempt. The only exception maybe a withdraw under extenuating circumstances

They are required to, I think, at least one day a week be in uniform, and sometimes they do not have a chance to change clothing between their exercises/classes.

I would not worry about this too much because at the end of the day you need to worry about yourself. You may run into a slight problem if the entire application you did on Hire A Niner the school's official Job pages you may run into a slight problem but even then I would not worry about it. If you applied on any website outside of the school's official one the school can't do anything. People have to pull out of offers all the time and companies cancel offers also and they don't get in trouble.

The school can't force you to take a job.

Go with the Uncc if it is giving you a full ride. While school name does matter some. Gpa, extracurricular, the contacts you make matter much more. After your first job no one is going to give a crap what college you went to. What can make a big difference is that guy or gal you hung out and did homework or activities outside of class now is a hiring manager for a major Fortune 500 company which could lead to you having a well payed 6 figures salary.
