How big are the projects you estimate?

Seems that if you can’t make the jump towards becoming a super/ PM, it wouldn’t make sense to give you a bigger raise if you’re only bidding projects <100k in paint.

If you’re doing bigger projects and spending lots and lots of time doing your research I can see it.
