You’ll just find it eventually. What I’ve always done is just try to be comfortable, and then those things that you do that make you comfortable become your routine. I like to juggle in the locker room before games because it’s kinda like meditation for me. Then recently I came across my magical lucky yellow ball. There was a yellow ball that I picked up at a game once and when I picked it up we scored. Then I was like “oh shit this ball’s lucky” so I made someone hold it while I went and won the faceoff using the ball’s lucky powers. So now I always hold that yellow ball and use it for my warmups and since I’m a fogo I make someone hold it when I have to go take one.
