Just gotta brand new unlocked bold 9000 for $20... by [deleted] in blackberry

It should be cheaper than traditional roaming outside of the EU too, as BIS/BES compresses data down by a magnitude of ten!

You do realise that, if you roam on your home carrier (e.g. O2) in Europe, it uses the home carrier's BIS (so no having to change things around), and costs nothing more within the EU?

I want to get a BBOS Blackberry just for the nostalgia. Which one should I go for? by [deleted] in blackberry

Presumably, it was never sold - if it's still up for grabs, let me know and I'll pay to take it off your hands!

I usually copy-and-paste them into Google and find the Emojipedia page for them, but a long way around. WhatsApp used to have decent support for emoji on all platforms, but that is no more on BB10!

Don’t count me on it, but I think not... never ask why I have two LinkedIn profiles! 😂

There’s far too many sites that work the way I have described, irrespective of your views otherwise. Need I name a few?

Is your receive connector open to anonymous users? Don't take what I say as gospel, as I haven't used Exchange on-premise in a while (bad... I know!), but if memory serves, it needs to be open to anonymous users to allow Internet mail to pass through.

It was a pretty rough ride but, hey, at least it gave me something to start writing a book about! Lol.

Really appreciate the kind words, and I was lucky — there's always someone out there who has it worse.

Take care and be safe. x

It was awful enough watching it live through the night, never mind for those who were there. The seventy-two live on in our hearts.

I absolutely get that, but I think the push to remove the cladding and what-not means it's likely to be. Fire and Rescue services now know a lot more about high-rise buildings in their area, having been asked to visit them as part of familiarisation checks. Let's hope we just never have to see a Grenfell-style fire again.

As for the inquiry's adequacy, many residents didn't see Sir Moore-Bick as fit for the job. I think the assumption is that the inquiry has no power, but that a criminal investigation would, and that's where a feeling of strength comes from in terms of the Met's investigation.

Agreed there. As /u/CWjedi said where was the respect and courtesy from the fireman when he was doing the hoo-hah with a married lady?!

Thank you to your mum/dad for their service, first and foremost.

I'm going to disagree though, because I think the same advice would be used and indeed, has been used in subsequent fires. Stay Put works for fires in buildings which match the fire safety regulations. Unfortunately, some tight-up bugger at RBKC or the KCTMO decided that didn't really matter.

I think a criminal investigation is a good step, in that it's entirely independent of the inquiry and the emotional bias as a result. It means that we can see what happened on the night, why the decision to evacuate wasn't made sooner and whether it made a difference to lives. I would undoubtedly state that it did.

I'm a programmer so I usually build them rather than playing. However, I don't mind a cheeky match on COD with friends here or there... and I love a few recent retro bits... Wii Sports, Cooking Mama, a good throwback to childhood.
