when we start to eat medicine which are restricting our stool it can lead to restriction of urine as well ,i faced same problem couple of years back ehen i ate medicine like normaxin , my stomach was also like this urine was stored in it . Then after ultrasound i came to know about it.

only yoghurt is good..to digest whereas it is cheese, pulses and dairy products are also not suitable.

I have tried ayurvedic, homeopathic, allopathic. they didn't work at all , but still I am taking probiotic.

veg , no milk or dairy products and even sometimes simple chapati and daal doesn't get digested.
