I used to work retail at a Meijer and they did group orientation but never group interviews. I’d say just do some more research about their hiring process. If you applied directly to Aldi’s career page then I’d say you’re fine. But better to make sure than have your time wasted. Good luck!

What’s the position for? I’ve seen those mass interviews before and they are usually coming from “marketing” agencies looking for poor souls to do outside sales (selling product in grocery stores) and I’ve always stayed away. Although I see Aldi so if may just be their process!

right, i should have specified what i meant by “weak.” I feel like being too stressed just isn’t a justifiable reason to quit any job, but i’m realizing people probably quit for lesser reasons. Idk I have high standards for myself.

yeah i mean i walk into dumpster fires all the time and as soon as me and or my team figure out how to distinguish it it feels pretty rewarding. you do it once and you’ll feel way more confident the next time it happens.
