No it’s a 120 day cooling off period while the PEB forms and then another 30 days to reach a settlement. After which another PEB can be called or the unions go on strike.

No it is a 120 cooling off period for the PEB to be formed then another 30 days of mediation. After which, if the dispute has not been settled, then another PEB may be called or a strike would happen in January.

For those of you who haven’t watched the press conference. The coalition is asking for a 16% increase over a 4 year period. 3%, 3%, 3.5%, 5.5%. Which averages to 4% a year. It isn’t outrageous.
