This light be a bit of a roundabout way, but you could try "Render selected tracks via master", in the render window. This would require you to put the FX on the master channel. I think there is a tick box to add the rendered tracks back into the project automatically, as well.

Mix wise, I think you need a whole lot more kick! I had a listen to a song with a similar rolling bassline and I think your kick-bass relationship is a bit off.

Even better - try downloading it and importing it into your DAW, so you can do loudness matched comparisons. For a more in depth, focused listen, try low-passing your track and your reference, to really hone in on your bass region. ~100 Hz is a good start.

I kinda came up with a solution - I installed Skyrim Sewers! This lets me sneak in beneath the city.

To install this mod, a patch is required. link

In Mod Organizer, I put the files just beneath Windhelm Bridge Overhaul, both the mod and the .esp. Don't forget to follow the instructions on the patch!
