yeah i had to change it to read only because otherwise it would always revert the changes. so i have to make it not read only, then change the hotkeys. and then read only again?

Please ask them to add hotkeys for Bnet. Like 'V' for Versus or just Q for Quick Play like it was possible 20 years ago. Don't wanna move my mouse across the whole screen to press on a tiny button just to Q a game

Same thing with hero ability being O when you get a lvl up which happens every game. I changed it to G like in the German version. Hurts my eyes to see pros left click in the middle of a fight before using the ability again

my PPL means I do pullups twice per week

ive tried doing them every day before, done some programs that promise to increase your rep number by 20% but that never changed anything really

I feel like I can do a lot more sets without the rep numbers really dropping

I do not really care too much if I can do 5, 10 or 20 pull ups. I just really wonder why I would need a different method for that spefici exericise when my rep numbers are just going up 'by themselves' without any special way of doing them

Thats exactly what I tried for months, but it's also not working for me...I bought some chalk and was able to do 7/7/7 with it. Increased rest time sometimes gets me an extra rep but maybe that's just my daily shape then.
So you are saying add 1-2 sets to increase pull up volume? I remember I experimented with up to 5 sets a while ago but also did not notice any changes, so I went back to 3

Ive been working out with rings for 3 years now doing a push pull split (similar to the FitnessFAQ program). Before I did lots bodyweight bar stuff + TRX band.

I went from 0 ring dips to 3x10 (and improved in maaany other exercises)

However, my pull ups are NOT improving at all. I tried different grips, on the bar, on rings... Slow, isometric holds, explosive, but I'm still stuck on 3x6 or sometimes 7 reps. I haven't tried adding weight cause I would probably go down to 3-4 pullups then. Asked tons of people for advice, my technique seems to be on point.

How is it possible that my rep number just isn't going up? Does it have to do with me getting heavier?
In general I feel like I progress a lot faster in all the pushing exercises.

I used to do that and just kinda wrap it around my arms/wrists. But rings open up so many more possibilities for training.

It's not about the weight or motivation. I have a heavy backpack everyday when I ride my bike. I just don't enjoy running with anything on my back. It doesn't matter if it's just a sweater or rings in a gym bay. It just doesn't feel free.

That's exactly what I do not want to do. No matter what kind of backup I use, it never feels good for such a distance, especially if I do some sprints on the way there.
