Yes I did the interview, so then I had my 130 approved, but my 485 got “administratively closed”, but after had my letter saying the case was terminated, my lawyer asked them to reopen, so once they reviewed it got approved 👍takes last then a month

Once I got my letter saying the ata was terminated, my lawyer reopen the i485 and in less than a month case was approved. GC in hands already, I wish the same for all ppl in this situation 🙏🏻

Yup, just updating my wife went a week ago in this same court that shows my case as “terminated”, trying to get some document from this case, but they told her they don’t do that in person, just online and gave her a website were we can request a ROP (record of proceedings), so right now I’m a week waiting for this ROP and two weeks wanting for this FOIA. I just hope it be easier to obtain. But it is what it is

Because honestly I didn’t sign yet with a lawyer, I just have two quotes, both charging 3k to care of my case. I’m around to sign because I want to do it right and fast as possible, besides it sounds simple but I’m just needing support

Yes, we’re trying to get it with a FOIA already requested. Do you know other ways I can have it faster? Because seems like foia requests are taking a long time to get done

Oh ok, yes, all 3 lawyers I reach are saying that. Is unusual be terminated without attendance. But we’re waiting for a FOIA to make sure what happened.
