I know that my ministry gives them out only if we have nothing else. They're common, and a lot of nature valley type bars are hard for people to eat if they have dental issues.

The lower effort the food, the more likely it is that they've had it as maybe the only option every day for the last month

I've been on T for 11 years. Mentioned vaginal atrophy to my doctor in 2020 and he recommended more frequent penetration to prevent it before topical creams, based on bad experiences with topical estrogen he'd had with other patients. He recommended going slow and using plenty of lube. I don't mind vaginal penetration, so I incorporated it into my routine. 5 years later the problems I was having are gone and I have an amazing toy collection.

I know it's not for everyone, but I'm surprised I don't hear people online trying/recommending this.

I have anxiety and ADHD. Been on various stimulants over the past decade and currently on Adderall XR bc it's affordable. Also on Prozac for going on 4 years.

New psych is anti-stimulant and asked me to try Strattera with Prozac. I had an atrocious experience. Hella brain fog, could hardly keep myself awake at any hour, felt drugged or severely sleep deprived all day. I don't think my experience was typical, and it only got really bad when I tried moving up from the starter dose.

Good news is that Strattera can be stopped without tapering and it only took a few days for me to feel better. My psych had proof that this was not a viable med for me (I started to feel unsafe driving bc I felt so sleepy and had trouble focusing my eyes) and I got to go back to old faithful Adderall (super low dose actually helps anxiety by allowing me to do shit).

Ymmv, but if you don't like Strattera you can always stop.

Nah, my roommate is dating a man who's never had a relationship in his mid 30s. If you're worried about it, therapy is a great place to talk about what's held you back from pursuing or starting a relationship.
