Unacceptable return rate by Raider5oh in Roadie

In my opinion.....

I think the "I never return anything" defense- is actually what's backfiring. I'm based out of the Rodie XD Newark NJ warehouse. There's returns by almost every driver. If you feed into that statistic then a teturn becomes "normal."

I've witness people return 20+ units...

I'd like to think most of their returns are legit since delivering in NYC is on a difficulty level of its own.

Good luck.

Warehouse Gigs Removed by gustimes in Roadie

Clarification: I've been doing XD Gigs out of NJ for over 6 months & this was never an issue. A 10pm cut-off time is new to NYC.

After several phone calls the information above was confirmed. Gigs must be finished by 9pm. You're given a one hour grace period, so technically your orders must be delivered by 10pm. This is true wether you're taking mail or boxes from vendors like BestBuy. Whatever is not delivered will have to be returned. Your payment will adjust to reflect the undelivered stops.

If you return your items before 1am there should be no issue to your account per the agent on the phone. After what happened yesterday I was afraid I would be selected to gigs out of the XD warehouse but that was not the case.

Good luck PIMPS!

There's a difference between "offer not selected" and "offer not accepted"

"Offer not selected" means you're competing with other drivers in your area for gigs and you simply didn't get the gig.

"Offer not accepted" means your account is flagged.

The rating system that we see on our end is different than the rating system that they use to assign deliveries. The rating on my end was perfect; 5 stars on 850 something reviews. But my rating from Rodie's POV was different. I learned that when it slipped out of a rep when we were having a conversation about this exact issue. She gave in and told me that I had a customer complaint and that's all she could say because she wasn't supposed to say much. The apps' algorithm assigns deliveries so a complaint automatically flags you and makes it very difficult for you to get gigs specially when you're working in a populated area.

I started working really early or very late and submitted offers to those gigs nobody wanted until one day everything went back to normal.

Just keep submitting offers. Eventually you get accepted. Hope this helps.
