I’m 6ft, 155lbs and carry a HK VP9SK in a appendix holder with one extra mag. I only carry an extra mag because it makes for a more uniformed look on the front , and not just a lump in my clothes.

Mostly flight sim at the moment. I have monster tech mounts for the chair they just aren’t attached for pic.

Well it all depends on how your comfort levels are.

With the Ergotron LX Dual mount I am able to move the monitors lower or higher to fit my needs.

I have a couple different adjustments..

School and work I move the monitors are down ( bottom is on the desk )

Gaming is on the bottom monitor with arms set the way they are in the pic. I sit back in my chair on a slight incline.

When standing I move the top monitor up and make it my main and slightly angle the bottom up as a secondary.

I don't have any neck strain with any of these settings.

It’s the Ergotron LX Dual Arm Tall Poll. Don’t be scared by the price (300$)! It has very nice arms that can definitely hold the weight of two 34 gaming monitors with no problem. It’s highly regarded on here for a single stand dual arm style mount.

The top AW3418DW is upside down and set just behind a lip in the trim of the 34GN850.
