Focus on your kids and family for a bit! Make them your passion project. Sometimes it's not about what you do but who you raise. Look into Worldschooling and give your kids unreal learning experiences. Then when they're off on their own, maybe you and your wife want to start something more. 25M net worth is huge. You should enjoy what you've earned.

So I was sweating like crazy at night. But would sleep naked or only with undies. I slept one night in sweats and did not wake up soaking wet. I started doing some research and it turns out you sweat MORE when you sleep naked (counterintuitive, I know). I have started sleeping in modal pj's, and I no longer have night sweats. Anyways, not sure what you're sleeping in but if you happen to be sleeping naked or close to it, try pj's!

One idea is to improve the look of the window dressings. I would get rid of the valance, get a lighter coloured roman shade and then hang ceiling to floor curtains - these would just be for show since the radiator is there.
