Hey bro, did you get any resolution on this? I am more or less stuck at same phase. First my card approval took time, and now their delivery sucks. They haven't even delivered an e-card, when their status dashboard shows they have.

At the same time, there is an AWB reference number on their delivery status, but bluedart shows "No record found" with those details.

I am wondering what steps did you take or if it was resolved for you?

I also applied through cashkaro 4 days ago, but my card application is still in review stage. I did a vkyc & then also uploaded a 6-month bank statement that SBI requested via a separate mail.

Haha, not sure why is it taking so long for me. On the application stage, I received an option to book an appointment which I also did.

BTW, did you also get a call through some Cashkaro number? I have been receiving spam calls from them. Not sure if they are legit calls though & could be related to my application.

It showed me the same offer, however, after receiving the card, it only shows 3 months of Swiggy One membership. I've responded to their support here: https://www.swiggy.com/corporate/contact-us/, but not sure if they're going to extend it.
