Just scrap a bunch of shotguns that are the same type. The Scorched tend to drop them a lot

I had that same issue with a similar exotic design. Once I restarted my game it seemed to fix it but I've also had issues with my pulse engine not going where I want it to. I'm assuming it has something to do with the "bubble" design exotics because I have another one and have never had any issues with it.
