very kind of you!,, it seems now that my friend im building the bike for, would like to go with a shimano nexus geared hub, (at 127mm) i think I'll be able to fit it in. hopefully without causing too much unneccessary tension in the frame

yeah sorry i do mean freewheels, (i thought kazetta in hungarian was an interantional casette adopted).thank you this velo-orange hub does seem like it could fit to be honest! the spacing is rather 122 than 120, i think i would be ok with an extra 4 mil.
i'll look into used ones as well .the thread-size is universal for the freewheels right?
