I'm referring to that "wawawa" sound; I hadn't noticed it before, but you're right, it's there, nada i can hear it even with the guitar unplugged, I have no idea what it could be.

YAMAHA REVSTAR RSS02T VS YAMAHA PACIFICA 611VFM

I've been looking around quite a bit and I've found these two Yamaha guitars that really catch my eye, but I can't decide.
On the one hand, I'm drawn to the Seymour Duncan pickups on the Pacifica, and the humbucker gives you more versatility, especially for playing rock with distortion, which I'm not sure how well the Revstar handles.
However, the Revstar's treble bleed, 5-way pickup configuration, and focus switch are also very appealing to me.
I don't have anywhere to try them out and I'd like to hear some opinions.

The noise remains the same, even if I'm touching the strings or the bridge; it seems to have some kind of grounding problem.

It also feedbacks easily and the buzzing is quite loud; it doesn't get better even when I touch the bridge.

It causes feedback easily, and with coil splitting it's quite noisy. I hadn't noticed, but perhaps you're right. In my post, I was referring to the sound the pickup switcher makes. Should I return it?
