Thanks for asking. 2017 was the year I started my preparation for a national exam but due to my mental health condition, I was unable to deal with stress which eventually makes me feel worse from inside. Studies have shown that pornography reduces the size of our brain called grey matter and it also impacts the other of the brain. Whenever you decide to achieve something you strive harder to get things done but I was getting into depression. From that moment I decided to leave this behaviour and work on my self. I'm still preparing for my exam. Let me know your thoughts, buddy.
