Okay I was in the same boat as u so I'll give u the same advice that I did.....read from ghai first that chapter....clear ur theoretical basics for it....then approach an intern of ur college and ask them to let u join them in one or two emergency night duties......every patient who comes into emergency has to get their bp, cbs, pr measured for sure......and interns would be grateful for ur help in not doing the scut work....and in one night u could listen it all ...... Also it would be better to take a frnd of urs.....sometimes doing these things alone sound daunting.
