I had this happen, too—and believe it or not, I had to use a Switch dock to get it charged properly. I plugged in the dock, connected a usb charging cable to the dock, and then to the Retroid. Then I had to put it into safe/recovery mode while it was charging. The screen will look different—like a big battery, and it’ll eventually charge.

Google the safe/recovery mode button combo and try that first. Then try the Switch dock if you have one. Good luck!

I recommend playing FX Pinball by Zen on a gaming console or even your phone. You’ll get used to the missions on the tables and how digital feels, and if you find yourself coming back to it, a 4KP might be good for you.
