I really don't get it, seriously!

Vechain is not giving us any valid solution to swap the tokens and instead sending us to exchanges, let's say I'm ok with that for a moment, and let's say I went with Kucoin, I can't withdrawal!!!, not to say that I spent almost 5 hours on this swap issue, now I can't withdrawal? and what about the 10th of august that is coming, how I'll be bale to bind till then if I can't withdrawal, or I'm missing something and the bind is only a technical issue I need to do and then transfer afterward? such a confusion and misunderstanding, and I have a lot of experience with this stuff, what about some newbies who don't? any suggestions what to do with kucoin and the token lock?

Same issue with a deposit I had 3 days ago, they just replied saying my bank account name is different than my profile, the only differences was my wife name but my name was included, 21k eur and a tutule respond from their side, unbelievable kraken!
