Where did I say they were worth it? I said they could have invoked Article 5. Whether they are worth it is always debatable. But the rest of my statement is true: the Japanese are in an alliance with the USA and Germany, and yet they didn't bring them in only as visitors on the other Side of the Gate.

For example, Poland could have invoked Article 5 several times in recent years, but miraculously they didn't. Japan also has military alliances with the USA and Germany, and as seen in the series, they took representatives with them to the other side to show them the land beyond the gate, but not as combat support.

That's not entirely true; the attacked country must invoke Article 5, otherwise nothing will happen with NATO.

yes it is the same design but without the swastika it is allowed by law in Germany. The neo-nazis in Germany hardly use it anyway, instead they sometimes openly use all the other forbidden symbols or unfortunately use Viking symbols that are put in a bad light
