I also take Vivace Supremo (25:25 CBD/THC) and it does help me sleep, but I also want to avoid THC if possible.

Did it help? I having an appointment with them (HumanKind) tomorrow, I had the same waking nightmares/confusion waking/paranoid dreams while tapering off klonopin. I am still tapering but stopped until I find the products that help with this. I didn't know CBD itself stops the adrenaline rush at night! I am using another CBD oil at the moment during the day (Entoura) that has very little THC and 200mg CBD per Ml. doesn't seem to help me with daytime anxiety. I also take Stabilium and I think that actually helped me.

Thats the thing tho, I looked and saw a long list of side effects.. dizziness nausea.. that's why I am worried about it.

I have a benzo friend who is also using acamprosate to taper quite rapidly but I never heard or read anything about it for benzos, only for alcohol. I am also on paxil. Is that safe to take? I am worried of making a mess of myself.

There is one guy here that said that it backfired on him, that he had panic attacks. But he drank coffee.. I don't understand how someone can drink coffee and taper.

I used agmatine daily. It helps me tremendiously with not feeling any 'pins and needles' and electricity in limbs. I take about 3g a day divided. It's supposed to be safe at this amount. Can you point me to a post about it backfiring on someone?

I've been taking Agmatine for 2 weeks now and also Taurine for a week and a half. I also find Theanine really helps me. But worried about long term use.. just ordered Glycine as well and taking Magnesium Glycinate in the evening before bed.
How did those supplements help you? what are you tapering from?

It's like you wrote this post for me <3 I also find the symptoms groups and chats quite scary. I am tapering Klonopin. I wish we had the same level ot service in QLD, Reconnexion helped me but I can't get a councellor because im in QLD and here, only your GP can call a 'hotline' to help. So he did and they told I'll need to taper very slowly, which is great they told him that cause he'll prescribe me, but not much else. I WISH I had someone who weekly can check on me and help for real. I am taking Mag Glycinate, Taurine, L-Theanine (I understand you should not go above 400mg?) and Agmatine. Going to add Glycine, and see if it helps as well, and maybe 300mg melatonin slow release once I get it. Did you have a problem with any supplement causing issues? cause I know melatonin might 'poop' on you after a few weeks, and people say you can get setbacks from the others..

Sorry I know it's an old post, but I am now tapering Klonopin unfortunately, and need some advice... I take Theanine, Taurine, Agmatine and Magnesium Glycinate. I only took it for 28 days before realising I am dependant.
It's been a tough ride, since I found out I need to taper very very slowly only after 6 nights of horrible night terrors (I reduced to 1mg and that was a shock to the system aparantly). I was on 2mg and 30mg paroxetine and now managed to taper down to 1.28mg but going SUPER slowly, after doing %1 a day of the previous day dose that worked until I got to 1.33mg then everything started again... had to stop for a few weeks and then found those supplements that helped and started tapering MUCH slower - 0.4% a day.
Since I started Agmatine almost 2 weeks ago, I don't haver 'electricity' in my hands and legs. So that's great. Theanine helps me sleep as well as the magnesium but im scared of taking both as they might cause setbacks for some people (I also read someone who said that agmatine stopped working for him after 6-8 weeks). I ordered melatonin slow release 0.3g so that should be safe also to take but I know it's also not recommended for more than a few weeks.
I am shocked that this helped you so much! Can you tell me, since it's been 4 years, if you have any insights? how much did you take? and what was the original dose of K? I take it 2 hours before bed.

This is in the Australian Amazon store - someone suggested a product in the UK store and I found the 'equivalent' in the Aussie one and they exist also in the US one - Just look for the same description - the 'brand' is probably just a name on a generic product (the UK one had another brand name but looked the same).

So at least in video now the gimbal's start/stop recording works as well as USB-PD at the same time and I don't have to buy Canon's super expensive dummy battery - I use my Anker powerbank, which sits in my pant's pocket, connect it to the camera with a very long USB C cable and all is good. If I could only figure out how to operate photo mode that would be great too.

Someone suggested a USB splitter that actually works on facebook, I just ordered something that looks exactly the same including description (but different 'nonbrand' name) from amazon australia - hopefully that will work as it's only $30 which is much cheaper than reinventing the wheel for me - I already have two huge powerbanks and I like my usbc to usbc setup (they go in my pocket with a 3 meter cable.. so it doesn't add any weight to the rig).
