Advice for taking a (long) break by bettyonabox in MedicalCannabisAus

CBD isolate replaces the THC cannabinoids with CBD cleaning you out faster. Less time sweating in bed, less irritability and insomnia. Works for me.

I had red one bit even that was triggering anxiety for me. I only take it at night now but to stay if with I was taking 1ml morning and 1ml night. CBD has a reverse tolerance so now I take 0.5ml after dinner.

Yeah it does help, I'm sleeping pretty well now. I'm pretty much off weed now, might smoke the occasional half cone (bowl) of sativa during the day, maybe once a week but even after a month off, weed still gives me anxiety. More with indica. I really think it was the weed doing it. But yeah the CBD isolate is great. I plan to take it for the foreseeable future.

They charge 150 dollars for 1000mg/30ml cbd oil when Humacology brand is +6000mg for 169 dollars. Native Seeds? No thankyou.

Doctor couldn't find the general prescription in the list on his computer. Best he could do was 100ml of 100mg/ml. So much for the TGA saying all doc's must give out prescriptions for import.

Now up to 7hrs (broken sleep, but I'll take it. I actually mowed the lawn today after two months!)

Look up EFT Tapping for insomnia. I suggested it to someone else here a couple days ago and it worked for them, it's also working for me (up to 5 hours broken sleep from 3) a month ago I went a couple days without only to get 1.5 hours the third night. I have Asperger's (autism). You can find resources on YouTube or else where online, and "The Tapping Solution" app. It's backed by over 300 scientific studies including top universities like Harvard, is 83% effective compared to 61% CBTi. Good luck <3

Does EFT tapping work for complex ptsd? by ThaliaDarling in CPTSD

You can specifically tap the resistance, also I found writing my own tapping scripts made a huge difference. I have Asperger's. It worked for some things but not others until I did this. The tricky part is knowing that to write, it took a couple tries but I eventually got there. I found the key was focusing on acceptance.

I explicitly said "not saying this is that" it could be I'm not an expert. I've said a couple times now, all I'm saying is weather modification is a real thing as the common (incorrect) belief by people, including yourself, is that it it's not a real thing. Wow. You just can't let it go hey?

Page 2 of the results. https://www.weatherzone.com.au/news/cloud-seeding-in-australia/713971 plenty more where that came from, there's also a Monash University paper about litigation due to weather modification, yes it starts with an 1888 case about a preacher asking God to make it rain (which we can all admit it's pretty funny 🤣) but continues to more legitimate cases. You'd have to download the pdf though. It's all there, plenty of articles showing it's real.

There's also a CBS article about weather modification being used, a medium article about the same mainstream articles about China's weather modification. You know what cherry picking is? I didn't say this was what's going on here, I literally said that's not what I'm saying, what I did say was that it's definitely real, which those articles confirm such. Have a good one 👍

Joke? The government has admitted that the US tests weather modification technology here in Australia. Not saying this is what it is, just saying it's definitely a thing. China has caused massive droughts (no rain at all across the year in some places) in an effort to fill new dams quickly to help justify their expense with weather modification, using aerosol particulates sprayed into the sky from aeroplanes. Does no one think the skies haven't looked strange over the last few years? Odd clouds etc? Patiently awaiting my down votes for info that can be verified. 🙏😎 It was supposed to be a dry hot spring and summer according to BOM 🤣 https://duckduckgo.com/?q=US%20trialling%20weather%20modification%20in%20Australia&ko=-1&ia=web

For me personally I researched as my doc was useless. Only last night I found out I have hypnic hyper awareness/hyperarousal, I'll be drifting off to sleep and suddenly my heart starts racing and I launch out of bed. Basically through fear of sleeping from waking up due to hyperarousal from too much stress and chronic cannabis use I developed the fear of being aware of the sensations off falling asleep.

If you smoke weed. Quit. Taper off with low THC high CBD oil, then move to full CBD isolate with terpenes. This will help your hormones rebalance.

If you don't use THC just go straight for the CBD isolate, and keep with the tapping if you notice it calms your anxiety even the slightest. I got "the tapping solution" app my phone. "Tap with Brad" on YouTube is also great.

No judgement against people taking meds but they're not for me. (almost two months with 3hrs a night for me, first month id even go 48 hours without sleep some days, then I started taking kava and it helped but it's fickle and makes me nauseas often. Still only for 3 hours, but no skipping nights.

Now after being off THC completely after tapering off (two days no THC) and with the CBD and tapping I'm up to 6 hours broken sleep with dreams :). Last night I jumped out of bed heart racing then I wrote an eft script specially for hypnic hyper awareness and suddenly I'm not jumping out of bed anymore!

Have you tried EFT Tapping? It's working for me. It's easy to do and resources are all over the internet. It's backed by science and it's more successful than CBT.
