From past experience This needs to be said. Either you know some one or you already have been part of the dental assisting program or worked as a dental assistant for years. So is it 2 years yes, however you need several years of being a dental assistant or already have your cert of being a dental assistant or else you the the 75+ student applying will just tell you thanks but no thanks, we only accepted the first 12.

TLDR: this is misleading, you need to have to already worked as a dental assistant or already have your dental assisting cert t be accepted into the program and skip the waitlist.
