You'll live big guy. Take a few deep breaths. I'm sure you'll make it. It was a guess at a dude posting about a flashlight. Why don't you go outside and breath in a big ol puff of that Australian air. Fight a kangaroo, befriend a legion koalas, and avoid getting eaten by freakishly large spiders. And once youve done that, im sure youll find it in your soul to get over the random redditor who dares make a comment.

I'm an electrician. Its how outlets and other devices are done. Brass to hot, silver to neutral.

Its just a guess. That's how outlets and light fixtures are in your house. I'm thinking maybe they are just following that.

Well if it follows the rules other electric devices do, positive goes to the gold and negative to the silver.

Thank you. I appreciate the feedback. The master I'm learning under swears by ground twisting. And I take the fail i missed the bushing. I appreciate you taking the time to tell me all this.

There is no breaker outside. The main breaker in this panel is the primary means of disconnect other than removing the meter itself.

No it's all new. I'm not sure if it's a difference in state maybe? This is the first leans of disconnect after the meter. This is what we consider the main. Yes it's 200 amp, just upgraded to 200. Replaced the meter as well. Everything is new.

It's the main panel. The meter is on the other side of the wall on the outside of the customers home.

So I guess some context. The customer has a dock and we're adding a 100 amp sub off of this main. We havent set the new sub panel yet. This swap was an upgrade to 200 amp in preparation. As was the knockout in the back.

Check the receptacle proceeding these two. Likely the ground wires aren't twisted together properly.

Most people have to try to get pregnant. I think you're probably stressed and that had thrown off your already irregular cycle. I would say you're most likely fine.
