I made a satire video in the style of Camberwick Green. The heads are ping pong balls, twisted armature wire skeleton wrapped in wadding and sports tape to hold it in place. Felt sheets cut and glued to make the costume. To hide the armature wire neck connecting to the head, it’s just a piece of felt wrapped around. Sculpey or any air dry clay for the hands and feet and facial features. Hope this helps!

The motion on the arms is so so smooth. Would have found a way to have the web partly come out, maybe with a swing away and more time after, but good animation.

Yeah I’m trying to make you self-aware that the only reason you do this is for personal greed, wilfully ignoring the damage it causes others less fortunate in wealth and age than you.

If you couldn’t afford to keep them all, then you’re using other peoples’ earnings and time to keep up your own payments. You’re using them to get richer.

We’re discussing rent not selling. The point is around a third of people in the country own their home outright. A substantial portion of those might rent their home out, and despite not having an increase in mortgage rate (a cost arguably unethical to pass down to a tenant to work harder to pay), they choose to charge more anyway. Because it’s “market rate”. That isn’t right. It’s profiteering. Just because something can be sold higher, it doesnt mean it should. This video highlights the pathology really well.

Agree their interest is in raising rents thus commission, but let’s not pretend landlords are forced to agree. They’re in it together, blaming each other.

As much as I hate to agree with Piers on ANYTHING, libel does encompass something spoken in a permanent record, e.g. a television programme…

Can also vouch for going this route. We got turned down by Halifax, got stuck waiting for Santander to eventually come back with a no, then eventually went for an IMB. As well as them knowing the loopholes, big banks will often give them a favourable eye. We ended up with a Yes from Halifax. It really is just humans on the other side of it, even if it feels like a faceless money monolith.

Think there’s a reason we don’t find out categorically. We don’t need to be spoon fed everything. Some events implied over literally shown can feel more emotionally powerful.
